Site Measures, 3D Modelling and Steel Detailing
Our experienced team offers steel detailing services for your commercial, industrial and residential projects using the latest 3D Modelling software. We provide working shop drawings, plate details, material listings, bolt summaries and NC/DXF files for processing of plates and members if required. In addition, we also offer onsite measuring. Our vast experience in the industry shows that site measures are critical to the steel detailing process. This process often highlights conflicts in site conditions and architectural and engineering drawings. Our site measures are undertaken using a laser level to verify step-downs, slab rebates, brickwork and wall heights.
Installation
We aim to prefabricate the majority of our steel so that it can be bolted together onsite which streamlines the installation process. Site welding is also performed to conform to engineering requirements.
